Chia Joe Pudding
For a more liquidy consistency, add a dash of water and mix it up. Combine the Chia Joe with the extra chia seeds, vanilla and maca and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until it turns into a yummy 'goopy' consistency. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and goji berries (or whatever topping you like!) and voila!
