Chia Tea

Just in case you had a little too much fun last night (cough), here's a little day-after recovery... 

Steep a tea made from:

  • Chamomile flowers 
  • Slices of turmeric root (if available) 
  • Slices of ginger root 
  • A handful of frozen organic berries


Boil, steep, and strain.
 
Then add honey or maple syrup to taste, the juice of a few lemons or limes, a pinch of Himalayan salt, and one tablespoon of chia seeds for every cup of liquid. Stir well and refrigerate.

The next morning, take out and drink—this drink supercharges your recovery, supporting your liver and fast tracking the expulsion of toxins, while providing ample hydration and energy.
