Confession: we've been crushing on Circuit of Change since we first rocked up to pour blends at Mio's Workout Wonder Series class last year. There's just something really magical about the whole experience.

And so in honor of feeling fabulous (and inspiring magic!) - we asked Alyssa Rasul, Circuit of Change's beautiful Health Coach & Wellness Director, to share her top 5 tips (beyond working out at COC obviously).

1. Move Your Body! 

This can be a chill yoga flow, going for a run outside, or something a bit more intense, like a Mind Body Bootcamp class at Circuit of Change. Anything that gets the heart pumping and sweat flowing will do the trick. 

2. Rock out! 

Having a killer playlist, favorite Spotify station, or go-to happy jam can change your entire mood instantly. Play something that just makes you want to dance! We're currently rocking out to…. The Last One Standing by Tep No.

3. Treat Yourself! 

Whether it's a glass of red wine or some kind of decadent (vegan, gluten-free) chocolate cake, treat yourself to something delicious, naughty and ohhh so good every once in while. And DON'T feel guilty about it, you totally deserve it!

4. Be Confident! 

Feeling confident is the key to feeling healthy, happy and FABULOUS! We work on building confidence by putting ourselves "out there", taking risks, and doing things outside our comfort zone (as often as possible).  

5. Laugh More (& Love More)! 

One of our absolute favorites for feeling fabulous would definitely be deep belly laughs. Soo deep you are practically crying! Surround yourself with people that make you laugh, that lift you up, and that don't take life too seriously.
