Golden mylk is the perfect nightcap (or morning meditation companion). The healing powers of turmeric are plentiful! This delicious potion is not only simple to make - it's also packed with some amazing benefits. Blend it up, sip, smile, and then head off to dream land.
- 3/4 cup boiling water (let it sit for 5 minutes before using)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (stevia, maple syrup or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon of maca
- 1/2 tsp OG Turmeric Powder
- 1 tiny pinch of black pepper*
- 1 rounded tsp coconut oil (or coconut butter)*
- *these ingredients are needed to activate the healing properties of turmeric!
Mix all ingredients (minus the boiling water) in a dash of cold water in your blender first, then blend in hot water for 30 seconds. <3
