Chia pudding for breakfast, lunch and dinner we say... However, if you're looking for something with an extra little kick in the morning, and a healthy alternative to your regular latte - we have the answer: Chia Joe. Not your average organic cold-brew coffee, Joe is made with an array of superfoods, including chia seeds and cashews

We pretty much guzzle Joe down the hatch at any time of the day, especially post work-out or in the morning. However, if you're looking for some other creative ways to enjoy Joe, why not in the form of a pudding!?

Chia Joe Pudding 

10 oz Chia Joe
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 Tbsp Goji Berries (optional)
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs (optional)
1 Tsp Maca
Sweetener of choice 
(we like to use Coconut Sugar or teeny-tiny dash of stevia)

For a more liquidy consistency, add a dash of water and mix it up. Combine the Chia Joe with the extra chia seeds, vanilla and maca and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until it turns into a yummy 'goopy' consistency. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and goji berries (or whatever topping you like!) and voila!
