Inspired by our love (obsession!?) of mango, avocado and turmeric, we have created this true beauty and anti-inflammation SuperFood pudding to (seriously) amp up your energy, put the spring in your step, and make your day aHHHmazing. More to the point, it’s divinely yum, and transports us (in spirit anyway) to a far away land. It wears many hats, and is equally perfect for breakfast, snack, meal or dessert... 

Turmeric and Mango Raw Pudding

(Serves 4)

In a high speed blender:

  • 3 avocados

  • 3 cups frozen mango

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen but as long as the mango is frozen, it will be fine.)

  • Juice of half a lemon, plus a good few pieces of lemon zest/lemon rind. (organic please, especially when using the rind!)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean

  • 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup (optional if you want it a bit sweeter)

  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (or a few pieces peeled turmeric root)—this is optional but we love the exotic flavor it gives, and turmeric is a true nutritional powerhouse. If you don’t know if you like the taste, start with 1 teaspoon and see how you like it.

Blend until smooth, using tamper, and drizzling a bit of water if needed to facilitate blending.

Tip: If you want it to chill into a more “mousse-like” consistency, you can

blend in a few tablespoons of coconut oil!
