Some recurring themes we have been thinking about lately are the need for breaks from our incessant technology addiction, and the importance of small, manageable changes and decisions that help us navigate our days and nights in the most streamlined way possible.

The Uber-inspiring Keri Glassman, recognized celebrity nutritionist, registered dietitian, prolific author and television personality, shares with us this simple, easy to incorporate glimpse into what keeps her feeling fab:


One small thing I do to feel fab daily is to wash my face, then make a cup of tea, and sit in bed and sip it slowly with no tv, no to-do list,  no nothing. It sounds trite but it is something I do pretty much 365 days a year that is calming and definitely helps me sleep. I am a big believer in the little things. And, this is a little thing that just works.
