Disclaimer: some of us here at LuliTonix HQ may have a small addiction to figs. Aside from being sweet, chewy perfection, the nutrient dense, alkalizing fig also happens to be one of the most fiber-rich fruits around – and you know how we feel about fiber around here. You may have noticed that figs make an appearance in ALL of our green blends. In our signature, go-to green blend KICK, the parsley packed FLY, and our light and bright cilantro blend CHILL we even leave some little nibbles of fig for you to chew on – you’re welcome :)

Avocados contain a plethora of healthy fats, one being oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that may help to lower cholesterol. Avocados are also a good source of potassium, a mineral that helps regulate blood pressure, and are crazy rich in other essential nutrients like fiber, B vitamins, vitamin E, C, K, folate, riboflavin, niacin, and magnesium. They are also touted as a true beauty food, beneficial both in weight loss, detoxifying, and in getting that "glow" back -- ever hear of people using them for homemade face masks? Plus - and this one is particularly important - avocado actually helps the absorption of many nutrients in GREENS when consumed together.
