Whether it's blueberries, goji berries, golden berries, or maqui berries, they all possess some serious ass-kicking properties that make them a must-have in our diets.
We recently came across this post on GreenMedInfo about a study published earlier this year touting the health benefits of blueberries and strawberries. What did they find? That consuming just three servings a week of blueberries or strawberries reduced the risk of heart attack in middle aged women by 33%. Yowza.
