Coconut & Raspberry Chia Pudding
- 4-5 Medjool dates (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 cans of organic coconut milk or coconut cream / almond mylk etc
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1-2 drops of Vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 2 packets of ALOHA Daily Greens in berry flavor [optional delicious booster]
Blend almost-everything except the chia seeds in a blender for 30 seconds, pour into a bowl or a large mason jar (or 3-4 smaller ones!), and mix in the chia seeds -- mixing very well --- place in the fridge to thicken up overnight, or for at least 1-2 hours! Sprinkle with coconut & raspberries! Viola!
