This week we're switching out lemon in our morning DIY blend for other mega immune-boosting
SUPER C BLEND
- 2 cups of Kale
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1 cup frozen mango
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of orange
- 1 thumb fresh turmeric [sub for 1 tsp powder if fresh isn't available!]
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut butter [sub for almond butter or tahini ]
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
Fill blender with 4 cups of filtered water [sub for coconut H2o if you prefer a sweeter boost] Add ingredients. Blend to perfection-- [around 30 seconds]. NOM NOM
