Chocolate for life: energy, mood, libido, adrenal health AND stress relief! [plus YUMMM!] Plus it's easy to make!

  • 1 cup cacao powder 
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup (or more depending on how sweet you like it!)
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup cacao butter, melted (use a double boiler, or a bowl on-top of a saucepan of boiling water to melt)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (or bean)
  • 1 tsp maca powder 
  • 1 tsp pine pollen [optional libido boost]
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs
  • Matcha powder to dust! (though can definitely use 1tsp in the mix, for more buzz!)

Mix all the dry ingredients together, slowly adding the cacao butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Line a tray with baking paper, pour the mix in -- sprinkle with matcha, and freeze until set! Viola! Keep stored in the refrigerator between eating! <3 

AMAZING optional ingredients: rose or lavender petals for extra calm; nuts, chia seeds or hemp seeds for a protein boost; fennel seeds for digestion; and lemon peel, golden berries or goji berries for immune boosting support and tang... Basically, you can add anything you like, have fun with it! XO
